Tier 1 – Ventilation Design & Estimation
Fee: $220 inc GST
Use Case: Multiple roof sections, more than one code application, multiple calculations.
Suitable for:
Projects requiring custom ventilation recommendations for non-standard roof configurations.

Tier 2 – Advanced Ventilation Design Consultation
Fee: $385 inc GST
Use Case: Multiple roof sections, multiple code applications, multiple calculations, hybrid roofs, intertenancy buildings, mansard roof designs.
Suitable for:
More complex designs where discussion is beneficial to optimise the ventilation system.
Service Includes:
Tier 3 – Comprehensive Ventilation Design Consultation
Fee: $525 inc GST
Use Case: Everything in Tier 2 plus, engineering complexities
